Founded in 1974, F&A Machine is equipped to provide a full range of CNC turning and milling services for manufacturing highly accurate machined parts, delivered to you on time and at competitive prices. We have a particular expertise for machining molybdenum and molybdenum alloys, such as TMZ, but also have extensive knowledge for working with many other materials, such as stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics capable of turning parts up to 18" in diameter and 2" diameter up to 40"long, and milling parts in sizes up to 31" x 18" x 21". Our machining services are tailored to meet the exacting needs of the semiconductor industry, as well as other high-tech industries including aerospace, laser diode, solar, and printing.

F&A Machine's investment in the newest, most advanced 3- and 4-axis equipment gives us the capability to perform a wide range of machining operations to within precise ±.0002" tolerances. Our inspection equipment consists of the latest technology optical and video metrology systems available today. Using PTC's Pro |ENGINEER we can work from customer supplied files in a variety of formats, reverse engineer parts as needed, and are capable of adhering to many industry standards, including ISO, ASTM, SAE, and Mil-Spec. Secondary services, such as assembly, heat treating, welding, and anodizing allow us to offer you finished parts from one source.
