ISO Logo   May 2014- After a lot of hard work F&A has officially been recommended for ISO certification. We have spent almost a year developing a quality system that aligns with the ISO standards and works in our shop. Being a small company it has been a challenge, but we have been able to create a system that will ensure our customers and future customers are garaunteed that they are getting the highest quality products from F&A Machine. After nearly 40 years in business quality is not a problem, but once the certification is attained any customer can be sure that we are working to the highest international standards.   July 2012- In our first year of sponsorship for the University of Washington Formula SAE team we are very pleased to announce great results. The following is a letter we received from team member Joe Tobin: "I wanted to take a minute to thank you again for your sponsorship of UWashinngton Formula SAE. Last week in the national competition, we took 1st place overall with our combustion car and 2nd place overall with our electric car!...The fact is, we couldn't have done it without sponsors like F&A Machine Co. Your fasteners helped make our car the lightest it has ever been. The combustion car weighed in at 399 lb while the electric car weighed just 397 lb. This made us 3rd and 4th lightest in the entire competition!
Now that we've taken first place in the national competition, it's off to Germany to face the best in the world! Again, thank you!"

We wish the UWashington team the best of luck. For more information visit UWashingtonFSAE.com.
